"On behalf of CFRE International, it is my pleasure to thank you for your support of our recent Job Analysis project. As you know, this important research (completed by CFRE every 5 years) provides critical data that undergirds and informs the CFRE credential and helps to both identify and articulate the core body of knowledge of professional fundraising practice, for our collective benefit.
We are particularly grateful to CFRE’s 18 Participating Organizations, which were responsive, and quick to participate and support the process across the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
We sincerely value the many ways you support CFRE. In addition, this time around CFRE extended the job analysis research to non-CFRE survey takers, including practicing fundraisers in Italy, Germany,Brazil and Kenya. I am very pleased to acknowledge The University of Bologna, The German Fundraising Association, Forum Philanthropie, ABCR Brazilian Fundraisers Association, and the Kenyan Fundraisers Association.
Your collective assistance and contributions will ensure the Job Analysis reflects an even broader international perspective, and we thank you. CFRE Job Analysis Task Force volunteers will be meeting towards the end of the year to review and analyze the research data, and we look forward to sharing the results in due course. In the meantime, thank you again for your support of CFRE and of ethical and accountable fundraising practice!"
